The silver votive pendant, lamellar, rectangular. There is the engraved image of a human ear on the smooth polished background in the center of the decorative space. There is the engraved inscription in Polish below the image. The edges of the pendant are slightly lowered, deflected. There are the remains of the fastening of the loop for hanging in the upper part of the plaque.
